What are your postage charges ?
Every item on my web site includes part of the postage, the only extra cost
is a one off charge of £3.50 per order and I will try and send things the same day
or the next day and usually Royal Mail first class recorded delivery
How do you collect payment ?
Payment is done through Nochex....An online card processing company
I never get to see your credit card details so nothing is ever stored on my computer,
Just add any items to the shopping cart and head to the checkout....fill in your address
then you will be taken to a secure server where you will be able to submit your
card details to Nochex and they will safely and securely process the payment,
There is still an option to pay using paypal if you are one of the people
with a paypal account
Can I pay by cheque ?
Yeah, of course, please send me an e-mail to let me know what you are wanting
and I will reply back with my postal address for you to send the cheque to,
Can I pay with camels ?
Erm !!.....sorry.....no.........but then again how good looking are they ??
What are your items finished with ?
My items are all finished with a few coats of Danish oil unless other wise stated,
Do you do commission work ?
I'm afraid I tend to keep away from that but if it is something simple please feel free to contact me
How often do you post items ?
I post my items the same day or the day after I get the order, because I just work by myself I
sometimes don't check for any orders until the evening when I have access to a computer
but I will always send you a quick e-mail to let you know your purchase has been sent
Most of your items are one offs !!......
........what happens if they are purchased by 2 different people ?
Once an item has been sold and somebody tries to purchase the same product
you will get the following message:
" This item is no longer available "
If you do get that message then the item in question has been sold but I just
wont have got round to removing the " add to cart " button,
There is a chance I will be making more items like what you were after
so please just get in touch to see if I have anything in the pipe line
What if I want to return something ?
If you decide that the product is not what you like after you receive it then I will gladly accept returns
if you pay for the return postage.....
.....as the postage on most items actually costs about £8.00 I try and discourage returns as the only people
who win are the post office !
